CHALLENGE
The client had organically grown from being an India-based telecom network services firm to a global solution provider. The task was to position the brand in a manner commensurate with the stature.
SOLUTION
We conducted a due diligence exercise on the digital assets vs actual achievements, identified gaps, and designed a roadmap for internal and external branding.
The implementation is in progress, for the redesigned digital assets for enhanced digital-age positioning aligned with real value propositions.

CHALLENGE
The client is a 20+ years-old company that sells technology platforms and services across GCC that needed to improve its own sustainability posture and also support its customers in their journey to a greener world.
SOLUTION
The firm already had strengths in terms of people and processes aligned to principles of sustainability. The platforms and services offered, were also adjacent to those that impact the ESG posture of the customers - ERP, Workforce management, Computer vision, IOT/ Low voltage devices and platforms. Together, we identified and quantified the market gap for auditable ESG reporting framework, and we led the offering creation for the 29 mandatory GCC metrics, guided sales & delivery teams through the pilot pitch.

The client is a fast growing analytics firm that wanted to diversify into technology services as well as technology-intensive verticals like Telecom and Media.
SOLUTION
Post a due-diligence exercise on the current offerings, delivery capabilities, outcomes achieved, we unearthed the inherent strengths in technology services that the company already possessed. Thereafter, the roadmap for the company's segue into Technology Services and the verticals of Telecom and Media was designed, and executed:
- Defined Gen AI-Infused Technology Service Management framework with operating model, tooling, processes, and organization structure leveraging the assets available. - Coached teams in domain expertise

SOLUTION
Post a due-diligence exercise on the current H2R process focused on the demand-to-onboard portion, the gaps were identified, and actions taken:
- Drew up the process steps and check-points including management of staffing agencies, job portals, and direct recruitments with SLAs and OLAs
- Built a hiring application that automates the full process as a prototype, for incorporation into the enterprise employee platform
